I've painted my sister, Monica, AGAIN <3 I often paint my sisters! I made this painting using three different reference photos. At first I wanted to paint Monica with half of her body in different clothes, and the beach-side with her holding a surfing board, but ended up with just dividing the background.
The idea behind this painting is the question: what type of vacation do you prefer? City or beach?
I prefer a relaxing holiday, lying by the pool, swimming in the ocean, but I also want to explore the nature, do activities. I like city-vacations too, but I definitely prefer the beach! <3
