This is painted after a photo my brother shot, at Bondhusvatnet, Kvinherad, Norway.
The photo was taken the summer of 2025.
Me, my husband and our kids, went for a hike up the in the summer of 2024, but we turned around when we came to the lake, because the walk was allready long for our kids, who at the time were 6, 4 and 2 years old.

I've also painted another painting from the same place; Sea the silence, from 2021, whish is from where we turned back down on our hike, so it's the same lake in both paintings.
