Towards the horizon

This painting is actually of me.
It is painted after a photo my sister shot of me, on a family vacation in Denmark.
It's a motivation painting, about continuing moving forward, towards your goals, and also about the people you choose to take with you on your journeys.
I was curious how many hours I put into a painting, so this time I decided to time myself. Turned on a timer every time I sat down to paint, and turned it off every time I stopped. So this painting took me exactly 39 hours (and 6 minutes) to paint.
